The Roosky Windfarm Community Benefit Fund is a Fund supporting community, voluntary and not-for-profit organisations based in the vicinity of the windfarm.   The purpose of the fund is to support organisations promoting inclusion and removing barriers to isolation within the area of the windfarm so that all members are connected, actively achieving and participating in their community.  Grants of up to €2,000 are available. The Fund seeks applications focusing on initiatives which support community progression and inclusion through:

  1. Promoting opportunities which encourage participation in community life, building engagement, integration and  social cohesion
  1. Reaching out to such groups and supporting those groups to build a connectedness within the community
  2. Activities which build a common sense of community identity and connectedness

 

All projects must be in line with government advice and guidelines about Coronavirus.
