The purpose of this SPC is to advise and assist the Local Authority on the development of policy in the areas of Housing, Integration, Community and Culture for County Roscommon. This includes the following:

Housing

Functions include the provision of social housing, assessment of housing needs, housing strategies, homelessness, housing loans and grants, Traveller accommodation, voluntary housing, private rented sector, housing standards and estate management.
